We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Operations Associate, based in our Vilnius office. In this role, you will be verifying incoming payments from clients while providing excellent customer service.
 
Sounds interesting? Here are some specifics:
  • Monitor incoming payments from WUBS clients in multiple bank accounts and apply to the deals booked, while assuring specific guidelines and criteria are met.
  • Upload bank account transactions and balance data into WUBS accounting and reconciliation systems and prepare various reports for WUBS business units.
  • Assist Client Support teams in facilitating customer transactions.
  • Communicates effectively with internal WUBS and external banking business partners to ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Escalates issues within the team and internal or external business partners when necessary.
 
What you will need to succeed:
  • High school degree required, post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Administration preferred, or equivalent.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment.
What will make you stand out:
  • Experience within Financial Services industry considered an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • May require shift work.
  • Good level of English both written and spoken.
